What is the result of "wine --version"? How are you trying to run
the game? From the console or your file manager? Have you checked
the appdb (http://appdb.winehq.org), perhaps the game works better
with some versions than others.

What problems are you getting? You're not giving many details. Wine
version/game/error/terminal output would all be helpful.

Also, have you looked at http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ ?

Are you trying to run this from your windows install? That won't work.
Install it in wine first.

You have to use the search box; maybe we should make that more obvious.
