How do I install dotnet452 on a 64-bit OS?

On Ubuntu 16.10, and I am unable to install dotnet452 through winetricks due to the fact that I have a 64-bit OS. Is there anyway around this? I want to be able to run Citra through my linux boot without booting back into windows or through a VM.
