Program no start cause Net framework error reinstall

Hi guys i have kali linux and wine-1.8.5 (Debian 1.8.5-1)
Today i have look that some file that requiere NET Framework don t open more the error is "A fatal error occurred. However, mscorees.dll could not be loaded to display the appropriate error message. Please reinstall the .NET Framework."

Delete the wineprefix and reinstall to a clean one.

Delete ?root/.wine and reinstall your apps as a normal user.

wine: Install Mono for Windows to run .NET applications.
I do apt-get install mono but don t found nothing so i go on synaptic and look the mono installed

I have download wine-mono-4.6.3.msi but i can t run msi with wine

I have solved so and now open program so on terminal " winetricks --gui " afther choose " select the default wineprefix -> Install a Windows dll or component afther choose > dotnet20 and install now the program are open but on console report bug at the end .
