Volume Serial Number is null

Sorry, my english is bad!

So I can test, the drives (in first I was interested in C: ) created by Wine has the volume serial number in null (see attach).
Is there any way to alter this? I could assign a different value from a Win32 app using any Wine API?

You can change it on the Drives tab in winecfg.

I need to change it programmatically.
I am the developer of the application that I want to install and pretend that the installer do the necessary so that any user can install my Windows program in Mac.
