Starting winecfg caused an error, no driver could be loaded

Hi,

if I try to start wincfg there comes an error:
Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
The graphics driver is missing. Check your build!
err:systray:initialize_systray Could not create tray window
Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.

Any idea to fix this please.

I deleted .wine folder, and now I can start winecfg.
