Hello, i can't install addition on this game becase, i must change regional set. My question is, how can i set it on wine? I use Ubuntu 14.04.

If by "regional set" you mean system locale, you change that in the host system, not Wine. However, starting the executable with the appropriate LANG variable may be enough to fool the app.
