Encoding: Can't see bulgarian letters in SAMP

Hello everybody. I'm using wine to play GTA San Andreas Multiplayer(SA-MP). I'm from Bulgaria and the language is like russian. I'm using Ubuntu 12.04. The game work nice, but i can't see bulgarian letters. I see only ?????? and thing like that. The problem is in the encode, but i dont know what encoding i need. My [code[locale[/code] is on UTF8 mode.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English If you need something just say. I'm newbie and pls explain.
