ahso wine takes the system data and time.
No its not really possible to set date and time in wine. Change time under Linux in fact require admin/root privilages. Something we don't want to give to wine.
It is possible using libfaketime and other things you use against normal Linux applications to have wine report different time to system time for testing reasons. But this is not setting time in wine this is messing with time reporting from the system.
