Need Help Installing MediaShout 5.0

I just installed WINE 1.6 on my Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Desktop, ran all updates and upgrades.
When I download the 30 day trial of MediaShout 5.0 (free sign-up url: http://www.mediashout.com/free-trial), and try to install it I get 2 errors:

Installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 1 Redistributable Package (x86) appears to have failed.

Feature transfer error
-Feature: NewFeature1
-Componenet: Templates Media
-File: \My Shout\
-Error: Access denied

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

System Requirements
-Windows 7 or Windows 8
-Primary display needs to be 1280x768 or higher
-Dedicated, dual-head video card w/ 512MB DDR3 RAM
-Intel Core2Duo Processor running at 2.5GHz equivalent or better
-4GB RAM

Visual C++ 2012 doesn't yet install or work in Wine, so if the app requires it, you're out of luck.
