installing an running Access runtime (2003 or 2007)

Hello!
Could somebody please explain me step by step, how to successfully install Access Runtime 2003 or 2007?
I can install the program, but by stariting it i get he error message, that Access cannot find the database and " out of memory" The frontend of the program (.mde file) starts but I casnnot open any window.

I did, but the result is as above.
Maybe I do something wrong?

I Use Wine 1.6 and Xubuntu 13.04 64 bit

I don't use any apps that need mdac. It does install with winetricks. From what users report, it works for some apps, not others.

Or do you mean the full version of Access that comes with Office? It's been quite awhile since I tested that, but IIRC, basic functions worked (create, open, edit, save a table), but not much else.

I don't have the full version of Access, only the free RunTime-version, which i purchased together with the program.
I read, that some people use Access Runtime with Wine, but I don't know, how they do that.
Winetricks is a good thing, but it does not do everything (in case of that program) and probably some additional software and libraries must be installed , but I don' know which ones.
