Problem installing Rosetta stone

I am trying to install rosetta stone V 3.4.3a to my linux 3.2.0-23 generic (i686) using wine 1.4 but an error comes up at the start saying cabinet.dll couldn't be found. Help?

1.6 is out now. Upgrade.
