Does installing Mono 2.10 from winetricks improve dotnet 4.0

I've got Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5 Home installed. This program automatically installs its own version of dotnet 4.0.
I tried installing mono 2.10 from winetricks.
Now NatSpeak seems to load much faster and run a bit better.
Is it my imagination, or should I suggest it in the app db?
