Chinese characters not displaying properly

I'm new to Wine and have installed it so I can play this one game. However, I have no idea how to make Wine display chinese characters properly. Can anyone please give some guidance as to is there anything I can do to make Wine display Chinese characters properly??

I'm using a macbook air running OS X 10.7.5.
