Assassin's Creed Revelations on Fedora 17

Post by hgoel0974 »

I want to run Assassin's Creed Revelations on Fedora 17. I have managed to install the ubisoft game launcher but when I launch the game, the first time it just crashes after showing the loading sign (after the uplay menu shows), the second time, it freezes my system and refuses to let ANYTHING run, I am forced to hard-reset

OK, I have realized that it doesn't work but now I am trying GTA:SA, and I have no idea what to do.

Hi,

the usual advice would be to upgrade to latest wine (1.5.19), run from command line and post terminal output.

Are you running a 32 or 64 bit linux? Which graphics card and drivers (version number, open source or proprietary) ?
