How to uninstall the program that I installed via wine

How to uninstall the program that I installed via wine
because I need to install the new version of my program and It is said that I have to uninstall the last one but I don't know how to uninstall it. Help me pls.

I have tried to put shortcuts (that wine made on Desktop) and a folder that is in Program files to the trash but it did not help at all. and That is only way I can think of.

Actually I don not know how to put "cd $HOME
rm -rf .wine " into a terminal.
