How to set Large Address Aware flag

I'm new to Wine apps and just learned how to run a Wineskin wrapper for the Silent Hunter 4 game on my MacBook Pro, OSx 10.7.3. But, the games crash after about 30-45 minutes. I suspect the game which is x86 needs more memory than 2GB. There is a mod for Windows which sets the LAA flag to use 3GB. How can I set that flag for running this game on Mac using a Wineskin wrapper?
