OK, so I downloaded a source tarball from the Wine SF site, compiled it and installed the package as usual, using the configure and make method instead of the distro-specific one, as the latter only resulted in an earlier source pack being downloaded instead of 1.3.33.
My question is that how can I pack things up properly to a .deb file once I managed to compile the sources.
Making a deb package?
