Pretty sure. And it wouldn't be the first time it causes problems in wine. You can only use wine-staging for that, since it won't work with normal wine. However, that not starting in wine-staging is a different issue...
Maybe if I can solve this one, I can install the game and hopefully it saves something in the wine register and then I can play it?.

Edit: I´ve notice that other games don´t have write/read access to any folder if I execute them as LC_ALL=ja_JP.UTF-8, like they can´t save or load the game, could that be related to the installer issue?.
I don't know, that sounds strange. Can you please try if starting without installation on windows works? If so, we can leave this issue aside for now and focus on getting it to run.

It should work without installation, many of those games do. Does the game start up on windows without installation? If so, it must on wine also.
Some games I tried didn´t work in windows without installation and neither on wine, so I think it´s something to have in mind.
Anyways, I went to windows and tried to run it without installation and it works. I checked the register and I didn´t see any sign of the game installed, so it should not be necesary in wine. But I noticed that I had a registry entry for ENIGMA, so I exported it and imported in the wine register... but nothing changed.

And about the problem of games that can´t save or load when LC_ALL=ja_JP.UTF-8 is set. Don´t you have any clue? Since you told me that command I tried many other games that I played without locale japanese and they don´t load any of my save datas or save any new, some even crashes when trying to save. I mean, I can still play them as always without japanese locale, but it would be great to fix this now, so I can try to run some other games without fonts issues in the future. Should I open another post about this?.

Yes, I tried the demo of this one and it has exactly the same behaviour.

Sure, this is when running the game and I get an error window that says something about a failed access to a folder before the opening:

And I know that folder is not the problem, because other games give similar errors with different locations.

From your first log:
Does the file "Z:\run\media\ruben\RYU\Descargas\DenshiOtome\savedata\denshiotome.cfu" exit?

Maybe you need to generate the locale first.
Taken from https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Locale :
1) Open /etc/locale.gen and uncomment the "ja_JP.UTF-8 UTF-8" line
2) sudo locale-gen

Does that help?

EDIT: Saw the screenshots just now, there is Japanese in the name which is always a bit problematic. I'll test the demo, thanks for the info.
EDIT2: Yup, can reproduce the issue. You need to generate the locale, then it'll work. :)

Yeah, it works. Thank you so much, I got lots of improvements for my other japanese games from this post even if I didn´t get Natural Vacation to work. Hope some developer kind of solve the ENIGMA bug.
