The only thing I can think of is if the .net install screwed up somewhere. Did you delete ~/win32 before running the commands in your last post?

Installing dotnet20 and dotnet40 did not make a difference on my system, either.

Well now I'm confused because now it's working for me in a clean wineprefix, no .net, both staging and a git build.
