Cannot install microsoft tablet pc SDK 1.7 in WINE

When I try to install Microsoft tablet pc sdk 1.7 in wine I get the following errors:
err:msi:ACTION_InstallFiles compressed file wasn't installed (L"C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Tablet PC Platform SDK\\Samples\\EventSink\\Resource.h")
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"InstallFiles" returned 1603
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ExecuteAction" returned 1603
Please help to resolve this error.

The following errors are shown when running WINE in terminal.

err:richedit:ReadStyleSheet skipping optional destination

err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ExecuteAction" returned 1603

Please help to install tablet PC sdk in WINE.

Wine version? If it's not the latest development release, upgrade.
