I tried removing the theme in desktop integration and kill'ed wineserver, also installed MS fonts and rebuilt the font cache, but to no avail. What else can I try?

I'm running ArchLinux with the Xfce desktop on a laptop equipped with a full-HD screen. Applications running under Wine look ok (I had to increase the DPI with winecfg), but the menu bar is always too small. An example:
