How can i Register TLB files

Hi i'm new in the forum and in linux too, i'm trying to install a software with wine in ubuntu, ubuntu is a virtual machine that runs in virtualBox, well... when i try to install the software i get a error because wine is trying to register a tlb file and then i get the error
i have searched in the forum and i saw that is possible register tlb files, i don't know how to do, please anybody can explain me how to do:

Register files with regsvr32.
