install DS License Server to run CATIA

Hi, I'm pretty new to Wine and Linux, so forgive me if the solution to this might seem obvious.

I'm running Linux Mint 17 and I'm trying to install the CAD system Dassault Systèmes CATIA V5-6R2013.
Installation of the main program is fine, but I get an error when I try to install the DS License Server. Right when the installer has the status "starting services" a Wine window opens and tells me there was a critical error executing DSLicSrv.exe. I tried installing it from the command line and here's the output:

Nobody? Any advice what I could try maybe?

I also wanted to install Waveforms from Digilent, which is the Software for their Analog Discovery digital Oscilloscope. Did install, doesn't work either

You didn't mention what Wine version you're using. If it's not the latest development release, upgrade.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I updated to 1.7.23 and tried again. Still didn't work. It stopped when the License Server installer was on status "starting services"
