I need help installing Tortoise CVS version 1.10.9 on Wine running with Ubuntu 13.04.
When I load it with Wine I don't get the folder options that are necessary to operate Tortoise CVS.

My wine version is 1.4.1 because that is what is available through the Synaptic Package Manager in Ubuntu 13.04.

You need to upgrade Wine to at least 1.6, and preferably 1.7.5; older versions are no longer supported. To do that you need to add the Wine PPA. https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-wine/+archive/ppa
