Wine Doesn't Work!
I'm newest version of Wine and the newest version of Ubuntu 13.04. I can download and install a program using Wine but I can't load the program. I can get as far as loading the programs splash screen but it never fully loads the windows based programs I download. The program I'm trying to install is the PC version of Photo Mechanic

newest is meaning less to us.
newest what. 1.6 or 1.7.5? If not either of those versions you need to add the wine ppa.

Wine is not really designed to install applications using graphical. Key information is displayed on the terminal and console why installs fail.
