Diablo3, Steam with kernel 3.7

Diablo 3 and Steam both 32-bit 64-bit has graphical glitches with kernel 3.7 and up. Missing text and garbled textures. Any idea to fix except downgrade kernel? Tried Wine versions 1.5.18 - 20

Running i7 3770k with integrated gfx
16gb ram

Ubuntu 12.10 64-bit Unity

Fixed Steam by adding -no-dwrite in shortcut command, but Diablo 3 didn't work. Still messy text and gfx glitches
