I tried running game Mafia on my Fedora 17 32bit using wine 1.5.17, but I only get a black screen with a lot of fixme messages (see the attached log). The same output I get using wine 1.5.18, but when I tried wine 1.4 it works, though the sound drivers couldn't be found, but that's a little detail. When I run wine Game.exe in the Mafia folder, the black screen appears and remains until I kill that process. I have not installed directX in wine 1.5.17 neither in 1.4, but still, 1.5.17 has some troubles. So, does anyone have an idea, what is causing this problems? Is something missing, or I haven't configured something properly?
