As far as I know, currently there is no support for DX10. Right now DX9 support is pretty good, but if you check the DX to do list (somewhere in the wiki, don't remember where) DX9 is mostly done, DX10 still has a bunch of work left to do. I don't even think that DX11 is on the wine dev's radar yet. As to when they will focus on it.... no idea.

Directx10 is implemented at 79%... Very strange because no games work in d3d10 mode

Wine 1.5.18 has a something improvements to d3d10 branch. Will see what could be expected from 1.5.19
