Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds vs. Wine 1.5.18

I have been trying to get Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds to work on my Kubuntu 12.10 x64 system. It goes through its install process just fine. But I run into 'can't find CD' error. When I try and run the 1.1 patch, it says it cannot find the install and needs it reinstalled.

This is the original 2 CD version of the game. I have the latest wine installed:
