Window MS Excel is flashing when go in cells

Good day!
Window MS Excel is flashing when go in cells. I moved cursor in another cell, window has flashed. moved again, window flashed again. How to solve this problem? it's flashing in all files. See example

Ubuntu 12.04
Wine 1.5.12

It happens here, too, in Excel 2010 with your sample file, but not in Excel 2007. File a bug. http://bugs.winehq.org.
