Hello All,
I just recently returned to Linux and I used PlayOnLinux to install League of Legends on my computer running Ubuntu 12.04 x64.
All of my audio comes out of my USB headphones except for Wine's audio.
When I open something in Wine that sound comes out of my HDMI Monitor's speakers.
Even if I open Wine configuration and hit the test sound button on the audio tab I get the sound out of the monitor and not my Corsair Vengeance 1500 USB head set.
Anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem with an almost identical setup (I've a Corsair HS1 headset).
Did you manage to get it sorted??

The Ubuntu 12.04 Wine packages include not only the unsupported winepulse driver, they also include unsupported changes to dsound. Report any sound problems to Ubuntu.
