'/Users/Administrator' is not owned by you

First time installing wine and the install went perfect however when I try to install a windows program I get this error message '/Users/Administrator' is not owned by you, refusing to create a configuration directory there despite the fact that I am the administrator (and the only user on this computer). I tried going to get info and changing my permissions to read and write (because before it was only read) but there is no change. What am I doing wrong?

figured it out (use BatChMod)
