How to set timezone

Sorry for requestioning, but i still can't get it how to set the timezone in Wine.

Short answer - you can't. Wine takes timezone from your system.

Default wine registry timezone from GMT 0 to GMT -3

Change the Timezone setting in Linux from GMT to your present location.
Wine checks Linux/UNIX for the time zone setting and sets it's internal
clocks appropriately.
