As dimensio pointed out we do not and cannot by agreement, support POL. However, the winetricks script product DOES provide a way to install Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. Please see the Wine Wiki page dedicated to this script at:
http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks for additional information on how to obtain and use this script. The scripts' author(s) do visit the forums but request that you discuss any problems in their forums.

Before someone asks about my specs: Intel® Core™ i3-550 processor, 8GB Memory, and 1TB Hard Drive. I know my card supports GLSL and I am quite a bit above the required specs so clearly theres some file or set-up option I'm missing.

PlayOnLinux is not supported here. Ask for help on their forum; this forum is for plain Wine.

What is your video card? If you're using an integrated intel card, don't expect good support for it under wine (even if it does support GLSL)
