[Red Orchestra] Crazy menu textures (1.3.23)

When going to the Options menu, all the textures are wrong, it makes the game unplayable.



1.3.22 is fine
1.2.3 is also fine

Any one else have problems?

its a DirectX thing, '-opengl' works, sort of. (usual bugs)
