How to install Direct X9 with WINE

Well the title says it all

Im having some trouble attempting to install Direct X 9
I know WINE does not support Direct X so I am using Winetricks in an attempt to install it.

However, It is not working for me so I need someone to walk me through the installation of Direct X 9 and what you would do to complete the installation.

If Someone helps me and I run into a problem, I will post it here and someone can tell me what I should do to resolve this

First of all... DirectX compatibility is already in Wine... you do NOT need to install DirectX unless there is some major problem where it is fixing it. Often you install just some of the d3dx9 dll files in Winetricks, but never install DirectX or any of the d3dx9 unless you've already tried to run the program and it is failing to run. More often installing full DX9 in Wine will break more things than it will fix.

Wine does support DirectX9 and DirectX10 with a few functions not
implemented, yet.

Please consult the Applications Database for your program and follow the
how-to instructions there. If there is no Applications Database entry,
please post the name of the program here so others may provide
assistance who have either attempted to or ran your program.
