To run app in Wine on 64-bit box, use the 32- or 64-Win app?
I want to install GSview on my 64-bit Ubuntu laptop. I'll install it using Wine (it seems much easier than trying to figure out how to install the native version). GSview for Windows is available as a 32-bit or 64-bit version. Should I choose the 64-bit version since my computer is 64-bit? Or, does Wine prefer a 32-bit version perhaps? Or does it matter? Thanks!

Choose the 32 bit version. 64 bit Wine doesn't actually run anything yet.Swarup wrote:I want to install GSview on my 64-bit Ubuntu laptop.
