Is winsock2 built in wine? There is no choice inside winecfg to override it. How
to use native winsock2?

Yes Wine has it's own and no you can't override it. It's too low of a level dll. This is where Wine becomes Linux in a matter of speaking.

I found that it does _not_ raise error when trying to listen the same port
twice. Anyway I can live with it.
