wine.budgetdedicated.com is back up!

No 0.9.59 as yet - but I emailed budgetdedicated.com to ask, and it
turns out the Apache httpd on that virtual server (it's got its own
virtual server) wasn't running, so Markus at budgetdedicated restarted
it. I replied to him thanking him from all Wine's Ubuntu/Debian users

and i was beginning to wonder if I only had the problem connecting at budgetdedicated.com
