Characters missing in tahomabd.ttf

Please, can somebody add in tahomabd.ttf some missing letters? I'm talking about S with comma, s with comma, T with comma and t with comma (they are already present in tahoma.ttf) With those letters missing, the Romanian version of ReactOS and also the Romanian version of WINE has a really ugly visual bug. In ReactOS it is more visible, as you can see below.

File a bug. Use a screenshot from Wine, not ReactOS.

Wine looks and acts the same as the ReactOS interface, but because Wine doesn't use Windows-like titlebars, this problem is not as visible in Wine as it is in ReactOS. In order to show the problem in Wine I should find an application that uses bold font, has Romanian interface and also uses corect comma-gylphed diacritics.

I'll fire a bug immediately...

Can't use notepad for that?
