How install Wine 1.1.25

Hello !
I'm a new user of Ubuntu, and I would like to play World of Warcraft, but i can't install it, i can't agree the "license", I use the wine 1.0.1, and i downloaded the wine 1.1.25, but I don't know how to install it.

Help me please !

I made that is written here http://www.winehq.org/download/deb, but i'm still at 1.0.1 !

It's my faute :

Click close to finish, and then reload the package information when prompted. If you have Wine installed, the system's update manager will now inform you of the latest Wine beta release and prompt you to upgrade.
