Today I continually encounter 403 access denied errors after login to https://gitlab.winehq.org. Upon successful authentication leads to a blank page and 403 error. Wine Gitlab cannot even be accessed anymore until the browser session is closed.
This started after sending requests for forking privileges which were approved by @julliard.
Now I'm trying to access my newly fork approved account @stianlow but cannot.
I created a secondary account @stianlow0 which was working but eventually ran into 403.
Besides using ExpressVPN, I don't know what other behavior might be causing both accounts to be flagged as spam to be blocked.
Please advise.

Re: https://gitlab.winehq.org 403 access denied after login
Updating a day later.
Yesterday https://gitlab.winehq.org 403 error blank pages upon login eventually resolved.
Since then I have not encountered the issue but the fix is unknown.
I switched US servers on ExpressVPN. It didn't fix the problems when doing so earlier but maybe one was selected more compatible with server-side constraints?
Anyways. I was able to use my approved Gitlab account to successfully fork which was the prime objective that prompted this thread.
Thanks to anyone who may have done magic behind the scenes.

Re: https://gitlab.winehq.org 403 access denied after login
Latest update regarding https://gitlab.winehq.org 403 access denied after login.
It worked all weekend without issues until today right after I submitted a merge request.
I'm still able to access my alt account so the 403 cause seems to be users being flagged as spam vs VPN issues.
Please advise how to mitigate these Gitlab participation is limitations.
