Failed to Open Roland Cloud Manager.exe

Hi, I'm attempting to open "Roland Cloud Manager.exe" using wine-9.21 (Staging) on Linux Mint. This application ran fine on a more recent version of wine, but the VSTs I installed from it wouldn't work properly. I read that downgrading to 9.21 (Staging) could fix this issue, but now I can't seem to open up the Manager at all.

Try Wine 10.11, and try without Staging.

It seems like the newest version I can get is Wine 10.0 though. I tried installing from source but nothing would open.
Also does 10.11 work with yabridge?
