Help! Trying to configure Wine but I'm new.

Hi. I am a streamer who wants to play the game Hard Time (the original 2006 version), but I don't stream on Windows or Mac. I'm on Chrome OS. Please don't make comments about Chrome OS, I know, it's slow. I need help trying to download the game so I can have it running by the time the stream starts. Thank you! I already have the EXE startup file for the game, and I have Q4Wine (whatever that means). Please let me know!
