How to run EXE and DLL on Ubuntu 24.04...

I have downloaded and installed Wine and I am trying to install a program for Windows with an EXE file and some other DLL files, I've been watching some Youtube videos on (supposedly) on how to do it and I have tried to install the files but to no avail, I don't understand what I am not doing right. Any help and information would be MUCH appreciated, thanx.

Exactly. Without above informations its hard to predict what is happening. Also, I would suggest to run it from the command line and paste the output here:

okay, here is what I got:

I have Ubuntu 24.04 and started Wine using "sudo app install"(?) command in the terminal, I also started Winetricks as well, the files are VST's and DLL's to be used with a Digital Audio Workstation called Reaper. The EXE file is for a program called Serum" to be used as well with that DAW for audio projects. When trying to install them should I try doing it in the terminal or use Winetricks (which It does ask what type of progtam/file to run and gives the options for DLL and EXE, I pick them and hit "Ok" but nothing is installed or running) Are there specific steps so that I can run those files, is what I would really like to find out...
