Are there other forums?
Are there other forums where we can get help with configuring Wine and making it work? Getting help here is way too difficult. Most of my posts never get a reply and I can see it's not just me, nothing personal, it's just the overall standard procedure to ignore requests for help. Are there other places where one could have better luck?

If you're not getting an answer, it generally means no one here knows the answer. The problem may be a bug in Wine, and you need to file one, if one hasn't already been filed. Or the person may be asking about an obscure or old application that doesn't have a free download, so no one else here uses it or can test it.
Sometimes, however, a post gets ignored because the person is asking a question that is covered in the existing documentation. See https://www.winehq.org/help for a list of other sources of information on this site.
As for outside forums, I'd start with your distro's support forum, particularly if the issue is related to installing. Third party versions of Wine usually have their own support forums.
