Hello, hoping someone can help me I'm running linux mint 22 and since the upgrade my quicken Home & Business (2000) will not print - or print to pdf. If SEES it, its all set up "properly" so far as I can tell but when I hit print it gives me a Quicken pop-up window that says: "Could not open printer. Check your printer selection.
Is there a way for me to check or adjust my printer selection for the program in wine? Everything I see online (its been a few hours and several install and reinstalls) - says that wine should "just see the printers... and it seems that it Does - it just doesnt allow them to be communicate with Quicken.
help?

I have the same issue with Quickbooks 8.1. Did you get any joy in solving this problem?

Yes. I just re-installed Linux Mint 21.3. Everything works fine now. I dont think its a wine problem because Wine has since updated to ver 8 or 9 - and as long as I'm in Mint 21.3 or earlier - the printing works fine. I'm not sure how to fill out all the information required to submit a bug request - there are a lot of questions I need to know the answers to - so I cant really make a formal request. I'll wait for a year or so and try again and see if someone has fixed it. If not - I guess I'll just stay with 21.3 until I can separate my workflow from quicken.
