problem in loading Arabic diacritics

when wine shows an arabic text without diacritics it shows correctly
but when the text have diacritics it does not show correctly

and with diacritics it is messed:

how to fix this?

i'm using wine version 9.16

the problem is fixed by changing the font used in the application
