How to get an application running in WINE to detect an application running native linux

I am currently running randomizers and i want to use an autotracker. the tracker says (and have proben) it can detect the windows version of the emulator i am using however the windows version doesnt work in WINE but the linux version works nativly. how would i get the tracker in wine to detect and track the emulator on Linux.
