VinylStudio V13.15
VinylStudio, developed by AlpineSoft in UK, has been around since at least 2008 but there is no report on it in the App DataBase. It works without problem in Win 7, 8, 10 and 11, where I have been using it for more than 7 years. Vinyl Studio is at the latest level – 13.1.15. Product is freely available to download at :

I have sent the error message, and associated dump, to the developer who has advised me that the dump shows it is due to an error in Wine, about which he has declined to do anything further.
Is there any advice the forum can give me to see if there is a possible workaround? This is my first use of Wine so I don’t know what additional information the forum requires. I especially do not know what options I should be using in WineCFG – so far I have only set the application to require compatibility with Win7.
